  This agent does not return calls. I consistently try to call before work between 9 and 10, more often than not it goes to voice mail. We recently purchased a new vehicle. Never was able to talk to a live person on the phone. I had to email Wendy. Unfortunately, no confirmation email was sent until my husband intervened. Now I am dealing with their negligence in notifying Dmv of the new vehicle for proof I have insurance. I'm not a needy person who needs my agent often, but it is so disappointing to get such lackluster customer service. I've had state farm for over 20 years. We inherited this agent after ours passed away. Maybe I'm not informed that our agents no longer work for us? My rates keep going up despite our clean driving records and supposed multi insurance discounts for home owners and boaters insurance. When I talk to state farm corporate office they always seem to care... Maybe this agent has too many clients. Customer service is number one in my book. I'm not rude when I'm receiving a service. I tried to always be kind when I'm not thrilled with my experience. But good customer service is our best form of advertisement. If you don't have that your business cannot flourish. Word of mouth and social media can be your friend or enemy.

  I love the way our agent makes sure we always have the best rates and most coverage for our dollar. Best customer service. They're always available and glad to answer any of my questions. :)
