- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Opened a new account on 1/2/17, went into this branch a day later to make a deposit and asked if they needed anything else from me to make sure my account was up and running. They tell me nope, everything's good to go and I'll be getting a welcome packet in the mail with my cards, checks and paperwork in about a week. It is now 18 days later and I haven't received a thing, not even a phone call. I had to call to learn that they still are pending my account opening because they want more info about me....really?! Why did this local branch tell me my account was good when really I'm in limbo. I have no cards to access my deposit at ATMS and I can't close my account and withdraw my $$$ until my account is actually open!!!By Erika Martin, May 15, 2017
